What information are you looking for?

I was just transcribing it because it's an interesting tune, so I know a little about it from the inside. If you're looking for more information than changes/melody/form then maybe you can email the composer Clive Stevens (www.clivestevens.com), he has a website and his contact page gives his email address.

If you find out anything interesting, please post it. I'd be curious to know how Bill Evans ended up playing this tune.

Feel free to email me on here if you want more info.

hey thanks for reviving this old question. If you have a lead sheet or even just the changes for it that would be awesome. I guess I was just wondering why I couldnt find anything about the tune online. Thanks for the link to the composer though, ill check that out.

Well, the changes seem pretty straightforward, but I don't have perfect ears so I may have missed some of them.

|| A- | DMaj7 | BMaj7 | FMaj7#11| A- | DMaj7 | BMaj7 | E7+9||
|| A- | DMaj7 | BMaj7 | FMaj7#11| A- | DMaj7 | BMaj7 | E7+9||
|| AMaj7#11 | AMaj7#11 | CMaj7#11 | CMaj7#11 | EbMaj7#11 | EbMaj7#11 | B-7 | E7+9 ||

The form is AAB even though it sounds like Bill plays AABA the first time through, I guess he just sticks close to the melody during the first A of the first chorus. The tag end is just the first A section.

I'm working on putting together a lead sheet for a combo I play with, I may post it somewhere. If I do I'll send you a copy of the scan.

Darn, for some reason I never saw this update. I suppose you figured it out in a year's time, but in case not, yes the B-section goes to 4/4 time walking from the 3/4 time sort of waltz time feel.
