Must Read Hi from a non guitarist

My first post, so a humble "Hello" to all you magnificent musicians. I used to play piano, but I teach clarinet & sax now in my old age for my sins.
Got here from someone in Sibelius, and immediately saw the question on the James Bond music.
I`ll now try to find that thread to answer as best I can.

Many thanks Fatjeff. Don`t quite know what I`ll contribute - most probably stay in the background & write "Yeah, I`ll agree with that".
Best,
A

I`ll certainly give what perspective I know of other instru. if you`ll allow me a prospective delve ocaasionally into the guitar. I`ve already found some very valuable titbits on writing for gtr today from other contributers.
