Thanks Derek...Yeah, the media has turned up the volume over the military controversy with the North. Over here we just take it in stride as this is business as usual on the Korean peninsula. Its a sunny day today, and the Jazz clubs are calling...

Seoul has an interesting jazz history no doubt...lots of tiny small clubs. Most public players are young in their 20s and 30s. Technical proficiency of players is quite good, but originality is lacking. Many sultry female songstresses...
