Default Hey from Denmark

Just wan't to say hello as I'm a newcommer at this great forum. It seems that there are a lot of resources here. I'v have played the guitar for 40 years and been into most genres. Lately I caught an interest in Gypsy Jazz (or jazz Manouche as I prefer to call it). Hope I can learn from You and perhaps contribute with my own experienses.

Regards from Jens

Welcome to the group Jens, you will find a lot of friendly people with a lot of knowledge here - enjoy!
I am from Sweden and have been around even longer than you have, playing pop music, some big band jazz, some blues and some in the style of Steely Dan, Al Jarreau and Donald Fagen for over 50 years. For the time being most interested in jazzy blues or bluesy jazz if you like.

Welcome!
/R

Thank You for the warm welcome. I have always been an admire of sweedish jazzmusic, especially the music with a nordic tone (Jan Johanson).
I wonder why I haven't discovered this forum before. It surely seems serious with some very competent contributers and with a high ceiling.

Jens
