Mike Stern Hi Everyone! Check this teaching/practice App for Android!

Hey Everybody,

I just wanted to introduce myself. I'm a full-time teacher and performer here in Seattle and hope to contribute to the board in more ways than just spamming!

But in the mean time, for any of you teachers or beginners still learning the layout of your instrument, I've created a super-simple note-name flash card app that randomly generates a flash card labeled with one of the 12 pitches. You can toggle sharps, flats and naturals too. Great for teaching and testing students who are still learning the layout of their instrument.

Search for "Music Flash Cards" in the Android market or check out MusEd Mobile to see screenshots. I'd appreciate all the feedback I can get!

And for good measure, here's a video of me playing drums with Mike Stern. We're playing a blues and he's a monster as usual:
