Default Jazz Guitar Books for Sale

Hello everyone.

My dad has recently had to give up his guitar because he has developed arthritis in his hands. He has sold his Monotone minibrute IV and his Gibson ES175 already, but I am now selling his lifetime collection of music books on EBay. I have contacted you here because it would be nice for them to go to someone who will appreciate them for what they are and use them.

Some of the books are no longer printed and hence are quite rare. Some contain dad's handwritten notes, but all are well looked after and in good condition, although some of the older books from the 1950s and 1960s are obviously showing some sign of wear. Please click here to see the full listing of items I am selling under seller name Triumphantblonde. Books include Django Reinhardt, Charlie Byrd, Ivor Mairants, Charlie Christian, Antonio Carlos Jobim and many more. All are reasonably priced. Dad is sorry to see them go, but as he can no longer use them, he hopes that somebody else will get as much pleasure out of them as he has had for 50 years.

Try selling them on Amazon as well. They sell used books too.

I'm sorry to hear about your father, and I recommend trying other instruments, music is healthy. I agree with the Amazon suggestion, and you might also post at any nearby music schools with Jazz programs - that would be an ideal audience of potential buyers. Failing direct sale, you can always donate them to your public library, and get some level of tax write-off, along with a massive dose of good Karma. Good luck!
