Hi everyone....

I thought it would be fun to chat with you all. I'm a professional jazz guitarist and have never been a member of a forum like this. I talk sports on a different board and have made some good friends over there so I figured it would be cool to make some friends here among guitarists. I live in Naples, Florida and make my living playing jazz guitar and upright bass.

Thanks for the welcome Wiz. Strangely, Don and I never really did hang in all those years I lived in Seattle. I was pretty deeply immersed in the straight ahead jazz scene, and I think he was mostly doing other things, perhaps more fusion/rock type stuff. I'm familiar with his playing though.
