Guitar Hi from Kenya

Hello all.
I'm a new member and I'm especially looking for a kenyan guitarist. Anyone? Halla back.

Have been thinking I ought to work harder at welcoming
new members. Now is a good time to start.

Welcome!
These guys know a lot here.
Sorry, can't connect you with a guitarist in Kenya.

Interesting

Interesting. No Kenyans in the group? Anyway, thanks Derek and Rabbit for the welcome. I hope to learn a lot from you guys. Where are you from? You might have already guessed that I'm from Kenya. This should be memorable: the first Kenyan on the site! Cool!

welcome, babsimat. i DJed a new year's eve party at a kenyan restaurant here in durham (north carolina, USA). i love the kenyan approach to rhythm guitar in dance music (of course, you hear this same technique in music from other african countries). anyway, i know this is a jazz board, but i just wanted to say that!
