Default Good Morning from Malta!

Hello to everybody and best wishes from the Island of Malta where I started to play the Jazz guitar one year ago. The island is very small and as far as I know there are only two people who could teach you, one of them living in Paris most of the time.
However, I found a brilliant and very encouraging teacher and, since then, am trying to practise whenever its possible.

I think that jazzguitar.be is great and highly useful for all of us. In general, having been into classical music for over 25 years I am very impressed to see how much friendlyness, openness and support exists between Jazz musicians. Let's keep to that!

Currently, I'm playing a Baton Rouge Fat Mat (17'), a Slow Mat (16') of the same brand and, since two weeks, a Peavey Rockingham.

See you,
Uli

How wonderful that you did find a good instructor. That will accelerate your progress and make learning more fun, I imagine.

Interesting Birthplace

That`s funny I just join this place last night and I meet someone from the Island where I was born. I came out first, then my guitar.

Googoo: No wonder - this place is full of miracles.

Thanks to all of you for your friendly reactions. I hope I'll be able to be more substantial in the future - See you!
