Guitar Hello

Hello all. I live in Northern California. Work in the insurance industry, internet/web technologies. Played for about 50 years, variety of styles and contexts. Have a small business doing guitar repair and restoration. Own several guitars and have an ever growing/changing number of projects, parts, and guitars that claim a fair amount of floor and wall space, coming and going.

Hi John
I'm in Tahoe California. I'm nearly finished building an F5 mandolin, and dabble some in repair and setup. And like you I have lots of unfinished projects!
I play guitar, mandolin, and fiddle.

This is such a great website. I found the lessons on constructing chords and adding tensions very useful. The Jazz Bible (above) and the "Real Books" 1 & 2 are must have's.
Anyway, welcome to you!
