 Hi everyone! Here's another new forum member. This site and the forum seems to be such a great resource for a newbie like me so I had to join. Thanks to all of you who so graciously share information. I hope to be able to contribute in the future. I have been playing the guitar for some time but is new to jazz guitar. Been listening to jazz almost exclusively for the last six months and is discovering this genre of music more and more, I love it! I'm trying to learn some tunes right now and hope to find other people to jam with as soon as possible. OK, that's it for now. Cheers!     |

| Thank you derek! I'm from Stockholm, Sweden. Maybe not the Jazz Mekka of the world, but you can probably listen to live jazz about 4 nights a week if you want to. I lived for a while in New York City however, but that was before I got into jazz. What a waste...  |
