Default Just had my second guitar lesson!

I am a new member from Calgary. Just had my second guitar lesson, after 20 years of noodling.

Very happy to find this site!

My next step will be to get a few good books.

I've been "noodling" for 28 years and still haven't stopped! The lessons are a good idea though. Welcome to the forum!

Damned NOODLERS!! (; Everyone noodles some of the time. It is good to do the formal thing as well though. Here you will find a lot of material for serious study. Look up some of the threads on good books and other tools.

Hello and welcome,

I started to go and get lessons when I was 52 (so that was after decennia of noodling around). Yesterday I celebrated my 57th birthday and I'm still enjoying the lessons. So I think you've made a good choice and as for getting some good books: there are lots on any subject you like.
Have fun!
