Default Hello From York, England.

Forum Newbie right here.
Been playing guitar for 5 years now, been playing jazz for 3.

I'm 16 and I used to be a totally guitar nerd but I stopped trying after no one around me appreciated Jazz because it wasn't MCR, Blink 182 or some other douchey band.

I just applied for my busking License because I've been meaning to get out and play more (and you need a license in my town or you risk been thrown off the streets, even if you are Joe Pass!)

I stretch the limits with my playing and all I want to do is become seasoned and experienced at playing Jazz off the bat, so I can play anything, anywhere with anyone.

At the moment the songs I can't help playing are, Stardust, The Second Time Around and Ain't Misbehaving. My most solid tune is probably Misty.

I hope to sharing and gaining with y'all on here.

Hi, I'm in Grimsby so not a million miles away from you at least. Sounds like you're already playing some great stuff already, maybe I'll bump into you busking at some point as I do visit York on occasion. Or if you ever want to meet up for a jam let me know! Although I do have a few years on you - 44, been playing for nearly 30 of those, but don't let it put you off, I'm still pretty average.
