Default Hi From southern Spain.

Hi Guys, My Name is Mark, and although I am Irish originally, I have been living in Malaga, Spain, for the last 11 years.
I have been playing guitar on and off for a very long time, but over the last year I have been taking it more seriously. ( Not seriously enough to learn to read music fluently unfortunately, but I plan to start soon.) I have just bought the 3 volume, modern method for guitar, and am trying to pluck up the courage to open it and go back to the beginning with my playing.
I play mostly easy listening 60īs and 70īs, some blues, and recently some Jazz standards. I have just bought a Loar LH-650-VS to go with my collection, and I really love this guitar. I also have a Takamine electro-classical, a Daytone electro acoustic, and an Epiphone Les Paul ultra II. I am using a Roland street amp and a Boss RC3 looper.
It's great to find a forum that is jazz orientated and full of active contributors. I have already learned a lot from reading through the posts, Thanks for having me. Mark6110

Nice to have you with us, Mark. I am totally jealous of where you live. :-) As Tina Fey would say, "I want to go to there."

Thanks Guys,
Jef, it's worth a visit. Hard place to live at the moment, the economy has really slowed down, but we still have the sun!
