Newbie! Howdy from Harrisburg PA

Hello Fellow Jazzbos,
I'm a longtime player who studied theory and jazz a la Ted Greene back in the late 70's, then went on to play everything else but jazz.
Now in my late 50's, I'm hooked up with a great female jazz singer in a duo and having a blast.
So I'm learning by default; getting the recordings and just "figuring it out" as I go. We play 2-3 times a month doing mostly jazz and blues standards.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to learning from anyone and everyone. I taught guitar for 20 years, but I'm still the eternal student.
I go by "uncletele" because I played a Telecaster exclusively for the past 30 years until recently.
I now have a beautiful blonde Gibson ES-175 strung with Pyramid Golds, red Dunlop Jazz 3 picks and it's jazz heaven for me.
Hope to speak to everyone at some point.
Jerry
