 Good books I've nearly finished reading The Life of Miles Davis., by John Szwed. I thought it really good.An enjoyable read and very insightful into the whole meaning of jazz,no matter what instrument you play.Particularly intriguing was to learn that Miles and Jimi Hendrix jammed together,there being a good bit of respect between the two.But I recommend this book totally. Just wondering if anyone knows of other good books on the subject of jazz that they've read and can recommend.     |
