Default My mother says!

My mother says that if you have to explain how clever you are, you aren’t. Now look, I have fitted all sorts of Pick Up combinations to my guitars, three single coils, four single coils, twin humbuckers with split coils, in series and in parallel etc. etc. So why is it that when I sit down each day to relax and play a guitar, 9 times out of 10, I play switched to a single coil for the most ‘feeling’ tone?? What are all the rest for??

My step-mother says 'You must always let the other guy win, because it makes him look good, even when he believes he's being sincere.'

My grandmother said "Never listen to your step-mother."

My mother says "wash your teeth and comb your hair"

My friends mother says "Keep away from my daughter!!! unless you can proove otherwise that i like you". She is very unreasonable.

My other mother "Says...if you hit a brick wall, say whatever and comeback and pick up what you left behind."

And Mother Mary said 'Let it be'. In other words whatever.

A woman once said to me (she might of been a mother or destined for motherhood) said something like clean your ears and listen up. So I did. Then she said don't play your guitar.

How hurtful is that? Not playing the guitar. I'm not even going to talk about the torture that some people in the world go thru, the remote kind on your mind using advanced technology, and frames and setups, but there are other websites that explain this, so take care on that.

Now I like mothers of invention Zappa thing: STFU and I'll play my guitar.

In some way apologies for any conveyance of disrespect.
