New to the forum!

Hi everybody!

I have been surfing around on this forum for about a month now, and I have tried asking a few questions and such, and I must say that this forum is amazing, I spend a lot of time here and I learn a lot. On top of that people are nice and polite here which is rare on the internet (unfortunately). Now that I've found out that I do wan't to spend more time here, I thought that I could introduce myself properly to you all!

My name is Laurits and I come from Denmark. I turned 18 a couple of weeks ago and spend all my time in school or playing music. I have been playing guitar since I was 8, piano since I was 14 and trombone for ½ year now. Jazz is a new genre to me though (I am mad at my parents for not having forced me to listen to jazz since I was little ) and I think this forum can help me learn jazz faster than I would have learned it otherwise.

I want to study music and it has been my dream for as long as I can remember. I guess several of you have studied or study and you probably have some advice for a young kid like me, so I hope to learn a lot from you!

I'm looking forward to get to know you all better.
