Default Hi Everyone

Hi there, Am English living in France, and "discovered" jazz about 4 years ago. have played (mainly blues) guitar badly for many years but only now am I starting to learn.
Have a big baby taylor, a strat and a Peerless monarch, none of which i play enough. Funnily enough my favourite is the taylor.
Am finding jazz very hard after blues but really fascinating.
Favourite guitarists are joe pass, martin taylor, jimmy bruno, oh and Santana (early stuff only)
Anyway its a long hard road, perhaps i should find a teacher
Cheers
John

Teachers are good things. A good teacher is better than all the method books and forums put together.

Peace,
Kevin

Well, it's good to at least go through them.

Peace,
Kevin

You need something to stack your amp on...
Welcome, John. Which region of France (there are several represented here; there's even a thread for French speakers...)? My 'moniker' indicates 33 (France...), 53 (Mayenne...), (but don't tell the others, please, or they'll all want to party, and my beer budget is low...).
