Newbie! Hello From New Hampshire

Well Hello! I've been lurking this forum for a while, and today, decided to finally join! This forum seems to be a really great resource, and a friendly place to seek musical advice. I noticed to the plea for more posts and that convinced me to register. Here's a bit about myself... I've been playing bass in a professional setting much of my adult life, and have been a Talk Bass member for years. While I'm a proficient reader, I've decided to pursue jazz guitar because it seems to be such a limitless instrument in the solo setting. I think this will be a wonderful oppurtunity for me to develop my musical vocabulary, and there appears to be great members with great advice here.

Hey, welcome to the group. And don't stop laying bass, it's nice to have gigs.

And I'm not sure about the guitar being "limitless" - sometimes I find myself drooling longingly at those big fat chords that piano players can play. I guess that the grass is always greener.

Welcome.

Peace,
Kevin
