Default ANOTHER New Member

Good day folks,

I am a new member here and am very pleased that such a forum exists.

Recently, I have become smitten with the works of jazz guitar greats such as Jim Hall, Wes Montogomery, Charlie Christian etc.

This comes as a bit of an epiphany as I have been enjoyed being a guitarist for about 35 years.

My styles have ranged from pure pop rock, to blues to classical. But alas, the jazz bug had never struck.

Now, I dream of playing like Hall, owning a Benedetto and travelling to small clubs playing this art form for individuals in the same mindset.

Anyway, I am absolutely terrible as a jazz guitarist, but I want - no - need to learn.

I look forward to your advice and learning from the experienced, and not so experienced individuals here.

Cheers

The good news is, even if you can't play like Jim Hall, you can own a Jim Hall model guitar, from Sadowsky:

And welcome to the forum.
